Great question! If you have already set a date for your event, it’s good to get on our books soon! We are limited to the amount of rentals we have on hand, and would love for you to be able to have it for your special occasion and secure your date.

We offer two design packages — Gold or Silver — and our designers will create a custom video for you using your favorite photos and videos. Uploading your memories is easy through Google Drive, OneDrive, or even a USB. If you prefer to design your own video, we can work with that too. Once your reel is complete, we’ll send it to you at least two weeks before your event for a perfect preview.

To book your event, please visit our Contact Page. To lock in your event date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The rest is due two weeks before your big day — we’ll send a reminder so it’s one less thing for you to worry about!

Yes! We are happy helping customers near and far. Additional travel or delivery fees may apply depending on the distance. Contact us with your event location, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days before your event date, but we’ll do our best to work with you. In most cases, we can apply your deposit to a future event if rescheduled within a year. Just reach out and we’ll talk through the best solution.

Yes, we understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your new date, based on availability. Otherwise, we are happy to credit your deposit for a future event.

Our standard rental period is for one event day up to 8 hours, which usually includes delivery, setup, and pickup on the same day — unless we’ve arranged otherwise.

Need extra time? Just let us know! We’re happy to discuss extended rentals or flexible pickup times if your schedule needs it.

Great question! To ensure a smooth setup, here’s what we typically need:

• A clean, flat space where the video screen will go
• Access to a standard power outlet
• Wi-Fi access (not always required)

Yes, you’re welcome to create your own design for the LED Screen. Before you begin, we’ll schedule a quick check-in to make sure your video is formatted in the correct size for the way you'd like to use the screens. We also ask that any self created content be submitted at least two weeks before your event so we can test the file and ensure everything displays perfectly on the day of setup.

Our LED Video Screens use advanced Glue on Board (GOB) technology, which adds a strong protective layer to help prevent scratches, bumps, splashes, and dust. They’re built to handle everyday event use with ease.

Of course, we understand accidents can happen — especially during busy celebrations. If the display is damaged while in your care due to negligence or improper handling, repair or replacement costs may apply. But rest assured, we are fully insured, so you can rent with confidence knowing your event is supported and protected.

Yes! Our LED Video Screens are designed primarily for indoor use, where lighting conditions are ideal for vibrant, clear visuals.

For outdoor events, we recommend using them only in dry, sheltered areas to protect from rain, direct sunlight, and extreme weather. Bright sunlight can sometimes make LED screens harder to see clearly, so shaded or covered spots work best outdoors.
